Data collection
We only collect the bare minimum of information from users – which usually consists of their email address and the subscribing organisation they belong to. Everything we collect is essential to provide the service that we offer.
We also log access to our website (just like all web servers do) in order to monitor usage, server load, help diagnose any issues and to monitor security.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

By logging into this site a session cookie will be temporarily stored within your browser in order for it to keep you logged in for the duration of your session. No personal or identifiable information is kept in this cookie. The session/cookie will expire after approximately 30 minutes.
